Sponsorship Opportunities for 2025
Sponsorship Options
We are introducing new sponsorship possibilities this year. Each level of sponsorship has an option to donate in kind (product) to offset the monetary cost. Each sponsorship level also has a portion that must be paid monetarily. This sponsorship structure is very different than in years past. Therefore, please do not hesitate to ask questions.
Acceptable In-kind Donations are as follows: Sponsorship of a guest designer or speaker (including transportation, lodging and professional fee), items or fresh product that can be used for hotel décor, design shows, convention bags, hands on workshops, design contest or wheel of fortune give away. *****Please choose a sponsorship level. If none of the packages work for your business you can still purchase vendor booths, registration, “Flower Topics” advertising, and MFA annual memberships individually.
Sponsorship Levels
Title Sponsor -
$5,000 (up to $3,500 in-kind donations will be accepted for this level. Total payment must equal $5000) For this level of support you will receive:
- Back cover or inside back cover advertisement in the “Floral Topics” 2025 directory and convention booklet .
- Single registration and 6' vendor booth at the convention
- 3x additional 6' tables.
- Signage with logo at registration table, design shows, and main gathering room.
- MFA annual membership (2025/26).
- Logo and link on the MFA website for 2025/26. *4 social media posts spotlighting your business.
- 4 mentions/ recommendations by MFA board members at the 2025 convention.
- 5 bingo boards for the Saturday night bingo extravaganza at convention
Second Tier Sponsor-
$3,500 (up to $2,500 in-kind donations will be accepted for this level. Total payment must equal $3,500) For this level of support you will receive:
- Full-page ad in the “Floral Topics” 2025 directory and convention booklet. *
- Single registration and 6' vendor booth at the convention *
- 1x additional 6' table at the convention.
- Signage with logo at registration table
- Signage with logo at either design show or main gathering room.
- MFA annual membership 2025/26 * Logo and link on the MFA website for 2025/26.
- 4 social media posts spotlighting your business.
- 5 bingo boards for the Saturday night bingo extravaganza at convention
Third Tier Sponsor-
$2,500(up to $1,750 in-kind donations will be accepted for this level. Total payment must equal $2,500) For this level of support you will receive:
- Full-page ad in the “Floral Topics” 2025 directory and convention booklet.

- Signage with logo at registration table.
- MFA annual membership (2025/26).
- Logo and link on the MFA website for 2025/26.
Fourth Tier Sponsor-
$1,000(up to $500 in-kind donations will be accepted for this level. Total payment must equal $1,000) For this level of support you will receive: *
½ page ad in the “Floral Topics” 2025 directory and convention booklet .
